Raw Green Beans

I have a question. I am sure most everyone has gone to a Chines restraunt and had the green beans they have on the steam table. Well in your SAD days.. I have always loved these and was wondering if anyone knew what they used on them.. Sesame oil? and what else? Can anyone help with the dressing recipe? :o

I never liked those at all but I did a search and came up with this recipe:

There are other recipes if you simply do a search. All seem kind of similar and all appear to need a sauce that is cooked down to thicken.

Green beans...? Like the long green beans or the salty beans in the pod? 'Cause the pod ones are called Edamame and are soybeans, and Japanese. :D Sadly i'm of no help with a recipe, I loved them toooo. :( But if you meant green beans, um, i've not of any help either, haha.
