Today has been pretty good. Green smoothie for breakfast, cashews and raisins for snack and large salad for lunch. I did have some hot tea-but that was PLANNED, not a slip up. ;)

Thanks-I forgot to mention that I will be having nori and a smoothie for supper. I'm eating alot, but I DO NOT want to get hungry for a day or 2. I want to get over the stuffing my mouth with chips and pbutter toast and pepperoni anytime there is the SMALLEST amt of room!!! LOL!

Is that ALL you stuff your mouth with? LOL!! I'm the worst. If I don't make a concentrated effort I'll shovel as much in there as I can without thinking. Chocolate, pb and j's, oh the list goes on. Don't wanna tempt anyone though!
Keep up your good work! I'm on day two of trying (again) to go 100% raw. The first time I went raw (last month) I had no cravings until the third week. This time I have them already!!! (yikes) Be strong. :p

Yay! I'm so happy for you!!!! I could almost cry! I've been in that same place so many times, and it's a tough one to get out of. Yay for you!!!! :)
