Hiya all,

just a quick announcement that Baby Niki is here, she arrived on Sat April 15th, 11 days after her due date and weights 8lbs 1/2 oz. I had planned a homebirth, but because baby was late, I had to go to the hospital at the end. It was a good experience nonetheless, in a Midwifery-led unit. I don't feel cheated I didn't have my homebirth at the end.

I was 75% raw at the last few months of pregnancy and had done a 30-day challenge back then.

It has been a week since the birth and I am going back to do a 30-day raw challenge while breastfeeding.

I will maintain the old journal, I will just add new entries.

For more details about the birth and some photos, you can always check my blog -

Hooray for you!! I am breastfeeding my 10 month old now. We are both 100% raw. He is the healthiest baby you've ever seen! I love being in tune with ourselves because whenever his nose runs, I know he is getting rid of toxins, and it doesn't last much longer than a couple of times wiping. He is around other sick kids (sick grandparents) all the time, and never picks it up. He is happy all day, very active, very vibrant. I wish everyone would do this for their kids!

YAYAY THAT'S AWESOME! :)

yes b-12!

I too breastfeed a 15 mo, just started 90% raw and baby's nose is running like mad but it will get better I know it! Can't wait to go 100% really soon!
