Sprouted Lentils

I'm the proud mama of baby lentils (I love sprouting!)...what to do with them (from Alissa's recipes)...I'm thinking the chicken fingers???

Now this I'm definitely looking forward to trying! So, how close do they come to the "real" thing? Good enough to convince kids (who aren't raw)?

If so, then I'll never have to buy those soy thingies again!

They are really good. Im not sure about the kids though! I don’t think they'll hold up to that test, event though i think they are MUCH better, i don’t think it will convince them to give up their chicken fingers :rolleyes:
