rose water

I saw a recipe that called for rose water... has anyone ever found this ingrediant anywhere, or should I be soaking rose petals?... which I do not have :(

I would check Persian and/or Iranian food stores. I happened to pick up some rose water from a Persian bakery about a year ago. However, I don't know if it's raw. I wasn't eating raw at the time I had gotten the rose water.
