I don't know what they are.... bells so you don't lose your kettle? :confused:

Haven't tried them yet. Latest training apparatus I'm using are the Indian Clubs. May get some kettlebells eventually. You using them hameyjane?

Ok, now you both have me interested. I looked them both up and I can understand the use of the Indian Clubs, but am a little confused of the kettlebells. Do you use the KB in place of regular hand weights?
