dehydrating fruit

I want to dehydrate apples. What temp and how long should i dehydrate for? and is the tmp and time for bananas the same?

I just dehydrate under 118. Others might say 115 or 108.

Dehydrate until they're dry. Just test after say, 8 hours or so. There's no exact time as it all depends on the water in your fruit, the humidity in your home, etc.
