My soybeans spouted now what--

:) They sprouted ans taste real good but how do I use them, I can possibly put them in a salad but what else can I make with them?
If you have any ideas please let me know.

Never had soy sprouts but my fav recipe for sunflower sprouts is just toss em in a bowl & mix up some dressing with a spoon of chick pea miso, a spoon of sesame tahini & a little water to mix it but not runny- you want the dressing pretty think!
