Hi Everyone , My name is Alison and I live in West London in England . I first went raw in march 2004 for two and a half weeks and have managed two other short spells of 100% since then , otherwise I have been high , medium or low raw . I am now 100% raw again since the first of January which is very convenient for counting the days ! I have a partner and two boys aged 5 and 11 and all are very supportive, my partner and eldest son are keen to be raw but reluctant to commit to 100% till we get a dehydrator . I'm having all kinds of wonderful detox symptoms and alot of what I think is called retracing - where I'm having symptoms from the past , and emotional detoxing too . looking forward to reading everyones journals and having contact with other people on their raw journeys best wishes Alison x :D
