Indian carrot dessert

You know that indian dessert- smushed carrots and suagr and stuff? Just tossed some carrots in the blender with a bit of water to get it moving and agave...BEST DESSERT EVER! :D

If you wanted to be fancy I was thinking, you could add cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. It was delicous with just agave though- trust me, you have to try this one!
