My name is Ivonne, I found this forum by chance about a year ago my husband Brian and I had become vegetarian and was looking for recipies, I kept coming back to the forum for the info. We are about 75% to 85% raw now but want to be 100%. We have found this forum to be the most friendly, supporting, peaceful and educated. so what better place to be.
We got Alissa's book, dvd, dehydrator...... and are ready to go, we know there will be some bumps in the road but know that with your advice and guidance we will be O.k.
