I'm not on the 30 day raw diet, but live my life according to a pure code -- which incorporates a lot of raw on the daily. Maybe %90 raw.

Last night I cooked a burrito! No rice -- didn't overcook anything.

I am in no need of weight loss and I'm super healthy. Just felt guilty eating a very wholesome organic vegan meal.

What I did find was I only ate a VERY little bit and was satisfied, though I knew the next day I would continue my route...

Today I feel fine, though it feels like I broke sobriety.

There is not a thing to be gained from guilt. If you decide to eat something cooked and it was a rational decision based on your judgment then fine. That is what you chose and you have a right to do so. There is no RAW POLICE. I think that there will come a time when your body will let you know that it did not want it but you are not there yet.
You are taking it at your pace and I hope that you enjoyed the meal because that is what life is about. You will get the your destination in spite of yourself.

Good name for a band RAW POLICE.

True -- I've read guilt associated food decisions can be a detriment to one's health. I eat what I want -- which is basically pure.

Drop the guilt!

I think you would be suprised if you knew how many people here do eat cooked food often if not a little bit every day.

It is a journey my friend, enjoy it! :o
