Tea?

This may be a silly question, and I apologize in advance...

If I'm striving to be 100% raw, is hot/iced tea allowed? I mean you have to cook it to get the tea out so technically it's not raw, but...

Does anybody out there drink tea?

I make raw tea for RP all the time i have mint, camomile and other things growing here and I dehydrate them and then just steep them in hot water for her not above about 115 degrees so it is still raw in my book Young raspberry leaves are great too

Does water at 115 degrees warm enough for tea?

you can also try using big glass jugs and make sun tea too. :D
