Do I turn the banana leather over at all and/or take it off the teflex? If so, when? I'm using a neighbor's dehydrator and I don't want to run over there unnless I have to. Thanks :)

Hi Raene,

Yes, you will need to remove it off of the teflex sheet and turn it over.

Keep checking it to see when it's pliable enough to pick it up off the teflex sheet and then do above!
