Hi! I'm from Nevada and new to the idea of raw food.
I've been hearing how great raw is for you and how it help you lose weight and feel great.
But where do I begin?
I have 3 boys and I'm very busy and we often end up eating out.
Can someone point me in the right direction on what I should do to get started with this?

I am new here too and the best thing I've done so far is read Alissa's book and David Wolfe's book. Wolfe seems more radical but still inspiring. I intend to do Alissa's 30 day raw challenge soon. The way to start is simply to read this book. It's amazing!

buy Alissa's book, and DVD, and then go to the produce section of your store, and buy at least one of each item you like to eat allready, take it home and eat as much as you want, then go back and do it again and again, also go to the recipe section on this board and try some recipes, they are scrumptious,
