Ok...I'm wondering about vitamin supplentation. Who does it and why? I've looked through old threads but maybe I just missed what I was looking for. I'm not sure what I think about this issue was wondering what everyone else thought about it. If you have a specific brand that you like, could you please share it? I have always taken a multivitamin and am not sure what to do about it now. I am taking one now but I know it's not a good quality vitamin as it is very cheap from Sprouts. How do I know I'm getting enough vitamins or just that just assumed by eating raw if you're eating a variety of raw foods? Any information, articles or advice would be appreciated.

If you check the forum called Other - Health Related, I believe you will find a number of previous threads on this. http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=7

I take iron now. Just last week I got very anemic and lost my color. My blood had a slow return and so now I'm taking that (keep in mind, I'm pregnant). I also take a prenatal with extra B-vitamins because I become depressed if I'm not balanced as far as the B's go. I also take Calcium and magnesium for leg cramps and heart palpitations. I think I won't have to after I'm done breast feeding and being preggo. :)
