I put dates in the food processor, then by hand mix in raw honey and shredded coconut, then drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet covered with chopped almonds or more coconut, and roll into balls. Put in fridge, and they are great. I am eating a ton of these. I'm either out buying more ingredients, in the kitchen making them or eating them. Plus my daily glass of green juice (beet added every other day). Does anyone else ever get into one thing and stay hooked for awhile? A long while?

Well, let us just say that I had that period as well, then I had my mushroom period, right now I am in my fresh coconut period.. I tend to eat a lot of one food in a while and then I find a new thing that really appeals to me, right now that includes the fudgeballs you just mentioned, avocadoes and oranges.. I am having quite a lot of fun with it though! It is always a surprise what is comming up next! Biggest surprise is when you find out that a vegetable you used to hate, now has become you new love! Before raw I absolutely couldn't stand neither avocadoes nor mushrooms.. It's just rawsome! :p
