Raw in Texas!

Hello!

My name is Karen and I'm a native Texan. I've been overweight, my entire life (38 y/o) and sofar no real health issues. I first heard of the raw diet on other forums that I visit and the things said really tickled my curiousity. So, here I'm along with my mother on this 30 day journey.

It is pretty fun when you go back to see what you have eaten.. Shows where you messed up or not.

I do not write in mine every day now since I started work again. but I have been raw.Not eating quite enough tho..me thinks... as I do not have much to bring right now.. Finances are slim... I eat like great one or two days then next to nill the next.. lol When bills get caught up again this month it will be back to normal. :rolleyes:
