How old were you when you went raw?

I'm curious about how old you were when you went raw. I'm transitioning and I am 44 years old. So I've been on SAD for more than four decades!

I "was" 34 last year when I first went raw....back to 100% now, and will be 35 in May....my body is SOOO thankful, and I think no matter what age you are, your body will thank you. If you have Alissa's book...there is a woman who was at least in her 60's or 70's when she went raw! I think it's great!

Never a vegan or vegetarian beforehand, but was into whole organic foods, less processed, no additives, preservatives, and colorings. Also into other natural
living practices, natural childbirth, cloth diapers, and environmental issues.

I first learned about raw when I was 19 and have now been 29 days raw, and I'm currently 20. I'm planning to stick to raw from here on in, so hopefully the year between when I first learned about raw and now was my time to adjust. ;)

hmmmm.... i started a high raw diet at age..... i think 24 - yikes! i am 32.... i wish i had gone 100% raw then! ..... i was vegan for a while, working in a vegan restaurant (caravan of dreams - before they had the raw menu)... they started learning about raw when i was there - it was a great learning experience, lotsa raw teachers coming, etc

now i wish i had gone 100% then! wah!!!!! well, i could just do it now! :D
