Hello everyone,
I started becoming very interested in living food about a month ago. Since then, I have bought and read (not the whole book though) many of the popular books recommended by you lovely people here (i.e. Raw Food, Real World by Matthew Kenney and Sarma Melngailis, Living Cuisine by Renee Loux Underkoffler, Raw Gourmet by Nomi Shanno, just to name a few). I've enjoyed greatly reading these books and coming to this forum everyday. Alissa's DVD however, helped to put together all the 'making food' techniques for me. I really loved it especially because it shows how incredibly easy it is to prepare living food beautifully. Wow!
Thanks Alissa, and thanks to all here that recommended this DVD (and Alissa's wonderful book)!
