Is coconut milk raw?

Does anyone know if canned coconut milk (like Thai Kitchen) is raw?

Hi Veganman-.....no... anything canned is not Raw.

The only Raw coconut milk or water is in the coconuts..be it young white baby coconuts or the brown "hairy" mature ones.

Canning requires high heat so nothing canned would be raw. I've seen some plastic bottles of coconut milk at a local gourmet store. They might be raw. Didn't realy look at the label because I wasn't interested in buying them.
