Hi everyone, I am Rose Redd from Oklahoma, and wanted to say hello to all you Raw Fooders. I have recently become interested in the raw food diet after experiencing some health problems. Thought I had better get my 'stuff' together.
I am VERY new and just trying to figure out how to do everything. I don't even know where to buy organic food. Guess I will figure it out. I will be reading all your posts with interest. this is a great way to learn.
