Hello. I've been lurking on this wonderful board & decided to join so I can actually participate in the discussions. I'm trying to be as close to 100% raw as possible (since November). For me it's not easy because I never was much into cooking & am definitely not into food prep much either. So I try to keep things simple with smoothies, soups, soaked oats, etc. I haven't really noticed much of a change in my health though, except that I'm more tired. Prior to being raw, I was eating a strict diet on & off-staying away from dairy, sugar, flour, etc. I have suffered from severe chronic depression my whole life, which is why I started eating a restricted diet & researching alternative health remedies. I also have problems with Candida. I still have problems with them both. The depression is what makes it even harder to spend time on food prep. But I have to give myself credit for what I can accomplish considering how I feel. Anyhow, I look forward to learning as much as I can from here and getting to know everyone. :)

Welcome.
Exercise is supposed to be very good to relieve depression as well as diet. Hope that things improve for you.
