Here is a link to a new quad blade mini food chopper that I just received from Home Shopping Network. I used it for the first time tonight to chop mint and cilantro for a salad. Then I peeled 2 large lemons and put the large peeling into the chopper to make Rawma's yummy lemon cookies. It chopped them to bits !! Having used it for only these two things, I so far am impressed. I
have had several Bravetti items, all work wonderfully.

The quad blade is nice, moving everything around without any trouble, or need to stop and rearrange food...even in a small, lightweight amount. The grey switch at the top and be pressed lightly for a slower speed or full on.

Am curious if you have this in addition to a food processor .. or in place of.
Thanks.

As a birthday present from DH I got a mango slicer. It came from Bed Bath & Beyond and is made by Oxo. Looks a litle like the apple slicer corer. Does a great job of removing the pesky pit!

Blessings,
Julie

Yes, a lot of us here have them and most seem to love them. Here's a whole thread about them a while back... http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11654&highlight=mango+slicer

Terry,

I have a large food processor, but this is great for small batches of items that would get lost in a larger processor. I'm developing a homebased business where it will be important for me to have both processors.....I just htought I'd let people know about it in case any were interested.
