This is my first post here!

OK I recreated this dish based on a dish I like at this raw food restaurant Bonobo's on 14th street, here in NYC.

I've tried cauliflower dishes but haven't clicked with any one -- but this dish satisfies my craving for the vegetable.

One head of Cauliflower
2 tablespoons raw agave
1 tablespoon honey
1 or more teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pistachio nuts
1/8 cup pine nuts
salt/pepper to taste

Dehydrate the Cauliflower for 5 hours at 106 degrees until wilted. Put the cauliflower in a bowl and mix with other ingredients. Might need more oil as it settles.
Add cayenne for spice.

Tell me how it comes out!

Welcome to the board, and it certainly sounds good.

I'll have to try it.

You'll like it. I used a little more curry powder than I wrote in the recipe -- but I love curry!

I dehydrate the cauliflower without anything -- then mix with oil and other ingredients in a mixing bowl.

I just made sprouted black rice with scallion, garlic, ses seeds, olive oil and sea salt/pepp. It's so good!

Thanks for going to my site! Your work is beautiful too!

Well I didn't 'sprout' them -- I soaked em and sprouted them a few days, they soften but don't really sprout.
