What cheesecake recipe ?

? ok, searched and found several cheesecake recipes :eek: . What recipe do you suggest I try ??
I need delicious, creamy cheesecake for Easter that uses standard raw ingredients. Some use some ingredients like cocoa butter that I do not have on hand and don't really want to use. I have cashews and macs stocked.

That's funny you should ask! Aside from Alissa's recipe, I don't think I've ever made a cheesecake without taking a little from various recipes LOL!

I have never made the full "Just like cheesecake" recipe posted here...I think the last time I made one I did a combo of that one, Alissa's and Alex's (rawguru).

Thanks R ! How is Alissa's cheescake recipe ? Is it just like cheesecake ? creamy and yummy ? I have had so many bad Raw cheescakes and a few awesome ones. I want to make the awesome one ! But, I think I will take the chance and make it this morning.

i made the "just like cheesecake" recipe on this board for my SAD cheesecake-loving
daughter's birthday. she was in seventh heaven!!
everyone else that tried it was also impressed -- definitely will be making it often around here! :D
