I don't make juice a lot but when I do, I always feel bad throwing away the pulp. Well, this week I made some and made the onion bread with it. I used about half the amount of onions and the rest pulp. It was AWESOME! If anything, it was better than the first. But I did let this batch dry more.

I was thinking too about making onion-zucchini bread, with grated zucchini. Yum! :p

We always add carrot pulp to our breads, and yesterday I added beet pulp to it, which turned the bread bright pink. The children thought that was so great to have pink bread and gobbled it up.

hi deb, good thought for several ideas,

can I ask what pulp you used in the onion bread?
