I don't make juice a lot but when I do, I always feel bad throwing away the pulp. Well, this week I made some and made the onion bread with it. I used about half the amount of onions and the rest pulp. It was AWESOME! If anything, it was better than the first. But I did let this batch dry more.
I was thinking too about making onion-zucchini bread, with grated zucchini. Yum! :p
