Hi ,

I see where you mentioned to rawrunnergirl in another thread that you use NaturalCalm in place of salt water flush. The only things I have read about NaturalCalm are about stress, mag deficiency etc. but you are using it as a purgative??? :confused:

Can you explain???

This is a favortie of mine........oh yes, you can use it as an eliminator. You may have to play with it a little find out where your zone is.

I have found it to be helpful in the past with my depression as I recall you mentioning your wheenzing off meds?

The product is made by Dr. Gillman and the product is called CALM. The rapsberry/lemon flavor is delicious!!!!!!! MMMmmmmmmmmmmmm. :)
