I'm entering into a juice fast , Thursday at Sunset thru Sunday sunset.
My fast is for spiritual break through, clarity of thought

Dietary detox and chemical rebalancing

Seasonal transitioning, discipline and emergence into high raw

We can make this a supportive and communal effort,

This is a great way for 100% SAD eaters to transition into partial raw, high raw vegetarian or vegan. Also great for anyone who missed the April chllenge.

My intake will consist of real juice and a minimum of 80 oz of water daily.

Yes. ;) You've posted this just in time. I've been trying to fast for the last 2 days..... starting now I WILL do it! I have oranges and carrots.... lemons and apples and wheatgrass and other greens all ready for it.

I want to give my skin a little push in healing (psoriasis) and renew my mind and spirit so I can feel and look my best when I take Alissa's certification courses in September.

I want to do the fast for at least 10 days (but really hoping for 20 to 30 days). Joining you in your fast would be a great encouraging start for me since I haven't been able to stick to my fast.

I need to remember to drink more water also during this time!

Great Luna Lin

glad you'll be joining me

Before bedtime tonight I'll meditate and visualize cellular repair for both of us!

Sending light and great encouragement your way.

Kitchen coming along really slow. took wallpaper down 2 weeks ago only to find it had been attached to naked dry wall no primer.

I'm going to do some sort of textured treatment thing yo compensate and a decorative tile border above back splash. thought of putting a window pane and framed mirror over the stove with a flower box for herbs and wheat grass.
Or some sort o artwork that compliments the tile.Or maybe a stain glass piece.

I've been discarding cheapy plastic stuff, you know the kind that absorbs every color, sheds in the dishwasher or has melted in the microwave.

Stocking up on assorted size glass storage containers. A few at a time as budget permits.

Bought food processor today and juicer last week.

Still holding out for the High tciket items. Vitamixer and Dehydrator.

Deep freezer p[acket full of bottled water, bagged veggies, loaf of bread and vegie burgers.

Kitchen fridge freezer sticked with washed and bagged fruit and carot shavings from juicing. oh and a misc. bag of black eyed peas.

Will take pics as soon as treatment walls are done and fridge is full :D

Oh the slate/tile o ceramic floor I want cost mega bucks. Might just wait til i get my new dream home.
