:confused: HELLO RAW FOOD PEOPLE I JUST FOUND THIS SITE IN A NICK OF TIME. IVE BEEN EATING 75-90% RAW FOR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK. IM FEELING A LITTLE DISCOURAGED MY ENERGY IS UP BUT MY WEIGHT SEEMS A LITLLE UP ALSO. AM I EATING TO MUCH NUTS? GOOD FAT STILL MAKES YOU GAIN WEIGHT, RIGHT? ANYWAY, MAYBE IT WILL EQUAL OUT ,I DO LIFT WEIGHTS AND WORK OUT. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Cut your nut intake down and as you said it will all even out. You seem to have a good program going for you. How long have you been lifting wts? What kind if diet did you have before going raw a week ago?

thought so i only eat germinated nuts once a day with my homemade cereal. but, i make almond nut milk and have that with it. how about raw milk? im a lilltle frightened? i dont work out as much as i should because i get sick after every workout, just about . but, ive been lifting of and on for a long time. how about you what do you do for protein?
