I'm going to check the local co-op, but thought to ask if anyone knew of a nama shoyu product that is wheat free? I've got an organic tamari wheat-free soy sauce, but my guess is that this isn't raw product. Any information is much appreciated. :) I'm new here and this is such a great resource for raw foodists :p

"Organic Nama Shoyu is made from spring water, soybeans, whole wheat and sea salt."

Tamari is normally wheat free.
