Hello!! This is my first time trying the raw diet. I have tried just about every diet pill there is. They work while I'm on the diet pills, but as soon as i stop i gain my weight right back and this time i gained even more. They just don't work for me anymore. I'm 31 years old, and people have told me as you get older your metabolism starts to slow down. I'm a fast food junkie, BUT I REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT. I hope this works for me.
