Southwestern Chili Veggie Dip
1 1/3 macadamia nuts (unsoaked)
1 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked)
10 sun dried tomatoes (soaked)
¼ of a small onion
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of a small lemon
2 teaspoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of cumin powder
2 teaspoons of Celtic Sea salt
1 ¾ cup of filtered water
Take water, sun dried tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, sea salt, and cumin powder and blend in Vita Mix (or blender). Blend until smooth. Then add macadamia nuts and sunflower seeds until smooth. Serve.
I took this to a raw food potluck and lots of people liked it. Hope you do.
