Peas

Bought some peas- now what to do with them? So far, I have added them to salads, provides a fun crunch.
Any have a fun recipe?
What about a marinade for peas and carrots?

I'm not sure if this is any help, but last year we had a glut of peas so I was looking for something to do with them, I came across a recipe for "Pea Mole"
so I tired it and I liked it, I don't have it anymore but it was basically peas and plenty of lime juice sea salt and a little chili,it all went in the food processor it came out kind of like a dip, then I played about with the basics adding mint instead of chili sometimes etc, it was a lovely summer dip, I also found if thinned down it made a good soup and if I added cashews it made a really creamy dressing (if somewhat unusual).

make the bacon recipe with eggplant, and make a layered bacon/pea/raw mayo salad, mmmmmmmmmm
