I have just made a smootie out of frozen fruit. Strawberries, melon, peaches and soy milk. Is soy milk ok on a raw diet? And also what about yogurt. Thanks for answering my questions. :)

Soy milk isn't raw and there is a lot of conflicting info on soy. Next time, try it with homemade nut milk (many here fancy almond milk...I prefer a 50-50 blend of almond and cashew)
Yogurt...well, some raw fooders consume raw (unpasteurized) yogurt but because this is a raw vegan board, we don't advocate consuming dairy, raw or otherwise. If you're speaking of raw yogurt, it's accepted by raw fooders who are not vegan...but if you're speaking of commercial brands of yogurt, then it's neither vegan nor is it raw.

adding bananas or even soaked cashews will give you a nice creaminess--if that is why you use the milk...

I always add frozen bananas to my smoothies....makes it nice and creamy like a milkshake!!
