Stuffed Portabello Caps

I just had Alissa's stuffed portabello caps. Oh my god. That is fantastic. I love guac. But with the bello added it is fantastic. did not even miss the chips.

You will not be dissapointed. I had avoided using my precious portabellos till I found the right recipe and finally just caved. Frankly I had never tried them raw and did not want to be dissapointed that they might not be as good as they are grilled.

I've been wanting to make that.. but we haven't been able to get enough good avocados to do so. I hope we can find some this weekend when we go fruit'n'veggie shopping.

We love guac and we love portobello mushrooms. :D
