Well, I know that there are countless stir dry recipes out there, but last night I had an idea.

I've tried the cauliflower as rice, but I wanted a vietnamese dish I had years ago, (probably detoxing) which had these thin rice noodles, and lots of oyster sauce, and meat, and cabbage,

so this is what I did

I took

1 cup white mushrooms, (chopped)
1 cup green cabbage slivered
1 carrot (julienne)
1/2 red bell pepepr (julienne)
1/4 cup white onion (julienne)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup cauliflower (sliced)
1/2 cup celery (veins removed, sliced)

and I marinated it all in
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tsp ginger (minced)

while it marinated

1 small zucchini (spiralized into noodles)

place zucchini on flat plate, cover with veggies, place in dehydrator until warm.

add celtic sea salt to taste
add cayenne to taste

yummy

the mushrooms really soak up the salt, and it was excellent.

the ginger added just the right flavors

That sounds great. Now how about a recipe for raw thai masaman curry? :D

If you give me the cooked recipe, I can give you a raw version, or at least I can try.

This is usually how it is made, plus tofu & rice.

3 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (unsalted)
5 white pearl onions, peeled and left whole
3 medium yukon gold potatoes, peeled and parboiled
3 thai basil leaves
5 cardamom seeds
1 tablespoon tamarind paste, mixed with 2 1/2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons lime juice
2-3 tablespoons masaman curry paste
1-3 teaspoon crushed garlic

thai jasmine rice, cooked
