Any one know who she is or when she will be on? I heard it advertised yesterday on Fox News, but missed when it will on. I'd like to watch!!

Carol Alt was on Bill O'Rielly the other night- she has cancer and is healing herself with RAW foods under a doctors care... She just wrote a book called ...healing in the raw or something like that... she didn't do much justice to the diet (lifestyle) She only eats about 70% raw and her diet includes meat! But her cancer is under control :D Check out her site-

I'm confused. Carol Alt was on the Today Show last Saturday and is 100% raw and didn't mention cancer. Hmmmm.

Debbie, I Just wanted to clarify what Carol said on the Factor- straight from Bill's site so there is no confusion:

Former supermodel Carol Alt has written a book about her radical raw food diet, which she suggests helped her beat cancer. "Cooked food does not feed the body," Alt claimed. "Anything you eat cooked I can find you raw. If you can introduce raw into your diet, you'll be healthier." The Factor noted that 44-year old Alt is a walking advertisement for her book and her diet. "Whatever you're eating, people are going to want to eat to look like you."

She goes into detail about her 'diet' on the show, and she said that her's does include steak, chicken and fish on occasion, but she eats primarily raw to stay beautiful and to help her with her health.

That's so interesting. Carol Alt was on the Today Show and never mentioned her breast cancer...just that she eats raw to stay healthy and energetic.
