Hi Raene, I have made the calazone and it was fantastic I was really impressed. Anyway I halved the recipe and there was enough for 2 as far as I was concerned, let me know how it goes. Blessings Karen

The recipe, like most of them, is designed to have leftovers.

It will make enough for two very hungry people and enough to stash the rest in the fridge so you don't have to make another several-day dish for a while. I would never halve one of the recipes that takes dehydrating, waiting, filling, and dehydrating some more. If I'm going to invest that kind of time, I want to enjoy the results for quite a while!

You'll be really glad you have leftovers because it is sooooo delicious. I think it's the best entree she invented.
