Raw Spinach Artichoke Dip?

I was wondering if anyone had any luck with preparing Raw Spinach Artichoke Dip. My husband used to love the non-raw version and I would like to come up with something comparable.

OK - making this up on the fly...so anyone who wants to try it out, go for it!! Maybe I'll give it a whirl at Thanksgiving :)

First we'll have to marinate artichoke hearts....overnight I think

Artichoke hearts put in FP to small size
Oil
ACV
crushed garlic
meditranian spice mix

Alissa has a bunch of cheeze recepies in RFFE....I'm going with the Cream Cheeze

Process together....
artichoke hearts
lots of spinich
1/4 - 1/2 onion
garlic
cheeze

If you have a dehydrator, warm it up!! :o)

Like I said - haven't tried this yet....but I'll work on it! :D
