questions about pickled olives and nuts

are pickled storebought olives and nuts bad i cant find any raw nuts and the ones i find i cant afford so i just get the unsalted ones at the super market

They would not be considered raw or optimal for this diet but hey - better to make a few concessions that will help you stick to the plan then to pack it in altogether!
