I mean, for the recipes that call for pureed/shredded carrots--burgers, bread,...
if I juice my carrots will it be like getting 2 for 1.
my theory-correct me if i am wrong-is that they have all the juices for the dish---but then we dehydrate the moisture out!
kinda like my epiphany with almond milk---like 2 for 1.\\
eta: i'm on a limited budget here, and am always looking for ways to cut corners ;)
