hi im tiffany and i started on the raw diet on january 2 . i fell off the wagon on the tenth ive been cheating for two days and im going to start over today. i lost 15 pounds but as soon as i cheated i gained 5 back . it doesnt pay to cheat so im going raw again today and not looking back. my main problem is i have 4 kids and a husband that i have to cook for. i cant just make them go raw. and is losing 15 lbs in 1 week to much. i weigh 360 now very frustrated
I already answered your other question, but in the beginning, you might lose a lot of weight, but that's basically because of water retention I think (correct me if i'm wrong). In my case I also lost a lot of weight in the beginning, then it might plateau for a couple of weeks, and then the weight starts to come off again, slowly... it all depends on your constitution, but don't worry, you will lose more weight!
Good luck with getting back to raw, I know it's not easy if you have to cook for others, but in the raw food discussion section you'll find threads where others can share tips or recipes, so don't worry too much okay?

Welcome and good luck! We all know you can do it even while making food for your family! 15 lb. weight loss is great, it's not too much! Especially when you have a lot of weight to lose, you tend to lose more at the beginning. Don't get discouraged, you can do it!!! You are going to be a great example for your family!
