zapped on juice anyone ?

when i have a green juice..i often feel zonked out..like drugged for a few hours afterwards..doesnt matter what i have in it or when i have it...anyone else had this ?

green juice relaaaaaaaaaaxes me tremendously!
my mother says it is the...hmmm, i don't remember
but I drink it when I don't have too much to do, or when I really need a nap, lol

that's with kale, greens, spinach, lettuces, and carrot--no fruits or nuts

ooh thats an interesting way of looking at it as a relaxer..should have had one last night when i was woken up to catch a live mouse the cat brought in lol..it seems to happen on any veg juice any time..and not all the time if you get me..at the moment its cuke,celery base with greens....love marigold
