I am considering going raw, of particially raw. I have recently begun working out more regularly at the gym (I've always been an off and on exerciser). I am about 10lbs overweight technically, and I am looking to get into better physical shape. Does anybody have any advice on foods I should eat, exercises I should do in order to lose fat and build muscle while eating raw?
