Is this raw?

Does or can anyone use it here?

the powder form is raw. gabriel cousens sells the type that you can find at wild oats or whole foods. the liquid form I don't think is raw... but I love stevia...great addition to fruits and smoothies.

Yeah that's the one I bought , the little one in the green shaker and it was 9.99 , maybe I'm just picky but it has a licorsiy minty flavor , are there any brands that are mostly sweeter tasting?

You can grow your own plant on your window sill.

I just take a leaf off, wash it, then add it to my recipies a piece at at time until the conglomeration is sweet enough for me.

I dry the leaves in my dehydrator, then break them up and grind them into a fine powder in my food processor. This I know is raw.

The white powders found in stores I am not quite familiar with except I would presume it is somehow processed to get it the white color, as Stevia is green in it's unadulaterated form.

A lot of GOOD garden supply stores and greenhouses have it now. It is usually around the mint, the basil...

I can buy stevia plants at the local nursery - they are yummy!!! Just ask - even if they don't sell it they may be able to bring it in.

Cheers,
Sheryl

By the way the stevia plus in the green package (the white powder) is NOT raw. I called today and they said they completely take out all of the vitamins and minerals, and they add some kind of baking soda or something like that... it's no good.
