zucchini of course ;)
until it is ready to be served?
my mind is telling me to put it in the refridge, but then it would take longer to warm, right?
can I put it safely in the dehydrator?
it just looks so pretty now and i don't wanna mess that up, ya know
oh, party is 2-3 hours away and some of it has already been out about 2 hours

I usually toss in a bit of olive oil and a dash or so of sea salt and then put into the dehydrator BUT...if you leave it TOO long, it'll dry up on ya. So, I'd say to just leave it out, maybe cover lightly with some plastic wrap and then about an hour or so before the party (or should I say before you're ready to serve it) pop into the dehydrator, being ever-so-gentle with it as to not disturb it (I know what you mean about it looking nice and pretty and then one false move and you've got a wet, angel hair glop!) and once you're ready to serve it, take it out and sauce it up!
Hope everything goes great for the party...please keep us posted on how it all went! Have fun :D

Mmm...sounds good!! If you don't mind and if you are able to share...how did you make your cashew parmesan?

I remember Shivananda posting that he just grinds some cashews and puts nutritional yeast with it.
