Eyes ...

My eye sight isn't really good and I was wondering if anyone saw an improvement in their sight / color of their eyes after becoming raw.

I typed in "eyes" in the search box, but I didn't get any results so I started a new thread.

Alissa no longer needs her glasses (she mentions it in her book and, if I remember correctly, in her DVD).

I don't need mine at times whereas, before, I wore them constantly. (I've had contacts or glasses since I was 12 yrs old).

I am fortunate, I have good eysight.

I have noticed that my eysight is sharper and that my eyes dont 'tire' as easily when I do a lot of intricate bead work. :)

I have had a small spot in my left eye,where the vision is not quite as clear.
it has been there for over 20 years.
I only notice it when reading in unatural light at night.
Its no longer there since eating raw!

I'm new to all of this... day 5 for me. But from what I've read/heard the little red lines on the white part of your eye will go away over time. That alone (I would think) would help your eyes and site. As far as colour... Shazzi has pictures on her website showing the increase in the intensity of the colour of her eyes... but as with everything, RAW has to become your lifestyle not just a passing thing in order for the benefits to be reaped.

I would think that it is going to vary from person to person because your body knows wher to direct it's healing power first and will put it where it is most needed. I would like my sight to improve but if it does not I will just assume that my body in it's wisdom thought that other organs were more important and will get around to my eyes when it is ready.
