I know that question was here before, but I still did not get the answer. I think it is your weight at the raw healthy diet where you feel good after eating raw at least as many months as many you ate cooked years.
BMIs were created for cooked food consumer and even they agree that on the higher end of their normal people have higher risks to get sick.
On the other hand Jingee says in their video that if raw fooder doesn't exercise, he or she will get too thin.
I also have a question about face color - Victoria and Jingee do not look very healthy, and I noticed that my face is becoming the same way. But maybe that is healthy, maybe we are just used to puffy faces? I did not notice the same about men though(maybe women we see mostly with make-up, so when we see them without it is different). What do you think?

So what about women faces looking unhealthy?

I am new here and not yet raw but I am interested in the 'way'.

I too have noticed that a lot of raw fooders pages I look at (I only know one personally) do look quite gaunt and ill/pasty. I have a hard time now being vegan making sure I look 'healthy' when my parents come to visit ( with the help of a bit of make up).

I do not want nor need to lose weight and I am concerned about this too. It seems to be a natural follow-on taking the raw path.

I wondered if there are any more opinions on this aspect.

Thanks :)

Sorry Rawpriestess, I'm not sure which thread you are referring to, can you post a link? Thanks.
