New in Indiana

Just 2 days old! I was desperate for a weight loss plan that would work, and just short of deciding on gastric bypass surgery, when I decided to go to a naturopathic doctor. I need to lose 100 pounds and I want to get off of blood pressure meds, acid reflux meds, and anti-depressants. I bought Alissa's book at the doctor's office and have decided that the raw lifestyle is exactly what I need. I know this is long, but I have failed so often, and this is the first time I've ever felt this confident and been able to visualize something working. The testimonials in the book are so inspiring. I really believe I can do this!!!! Just yesterday I pushed away the toffee popcorn that normally screams at me to eat it. Today the organic apple accompanied me to work and we are sitting in quiet companionship until snack time.

speaking from personal experience, this is like no other diet. it really becomes a lifestyle..one one is happy to follow!

where in indiana do you live? i have family in avon, and just over the border in terre haute, IL. i'm from outside of chicago

Thanks for your greeting. I live about 70 miles north of Indianapolis, in Logansport. Not much here that's organic, I have to drive to Kokomo or order stuff online. But it will be worth it. Have a blessed day!
